    Can anyone help and explain me how to do calculation of section pressure loss, static pressure, coefficient of friction for Water pipe/chill water pipe?

    ျပန္စာ -> how to do calculation of section pressure loss, static pressure, coefficient of friction f

    Fluid မွာ section pressure loss ကိုရွာဖို.က methods ေတြ ေလးခုငါးခု ေလာက္ရွိတယ္ ။ BE တန္းမွာ အဲ့ဒါေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္တြက္ခဲ့ရတယ္
    အဲ့ဒီ ထဲက euquivalent pipe length method တြက္နည္းေလးကို ၾကည့္လိုက္ရင္သိပါတယ္ ။
    ပိုက္လိုင္း ရဲ. ပိုက္ဆက္ေတြကို section ခဲြ ျပီး တြက္တဲ့ နည္းစနစ္ပါ ။

    ပိုက္ေတြရဲ. design material နဲ. preeure loss ေတြကို table ကဖတ္ယူနိင္ပါတယ္ ။ ေပတရာေပၚမွာ အေျခခံတြက္တာျဖစ္တာေၾကာင့္ ယူနစ္က (ft per 100 ft) (ft/100ft) ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

    euquivalent pipe length ဆိုတာကေတာ့ pipe ဆက္ေတြရဲ. အေရအတြက္နဲ. ပိုက္ဆက္ေတြရဲ. အလ်ားတန္းဖိုး ႏွစ္ခုကို ေျမာက္ထားတာပါ ။

    အဲ့ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ section pressure loss ဆိုတာကိုတြက္လို.ရပါဘီ pressure loss x euquivalent pipe length/100 ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

    Static pressure
    အျမင့္မွာ ရွိတဲ့ ေရကန္တစ္ကန္ေပၚကို ေရထဲလို္က္ရင္ ... ျပည့္သြားရင္ေရလွ်ံလာမယ္ ...အဲ့ဒါ အျမင့္တစ္ခုမွာရွိတဲ့ pressure က static pressure ပဲ (leminer flow တို. turbulant flow တို.လဲရွိေသးတယ္ ေနာက္မွေျပာျပမယ္)

    Specific Weight = rho x gravity
    specific weight of water is 62.4 (lb/ft3)

    Static Pressure in a Fluid = p2 - p1 = rho( h2 - h1) ; h=height

    coefficient of friction ကေတာ့ ပိုက္လိုင္းမွာ ေရရဲ. ပြတ္အား ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္လာတဲ့ အားေသးေသးေလးပါ ။
